The alcohol comes out. The wine stays in.
It begins as wine: organic fruit and a real vintage, fermented and finished by winemakers in Rheinhessen, Pfalz and around Lake Balaton.
Only then is the alcohol removed — gently, and with the aroma that leaves alongside it captured and returned to the bottle. That last step is the whole difference between something that tastes like grape juice and something you would serve with dinner.
